Professional Trainers Dedicated to Dogs
Hector Delgado
Hector is a professional dog trainer with six years of experience helping dogs and their owners build stronger, more enjoyable relationships. His journey began with a hands-on apprenticeship, where he developed a deep understanding of canine behavior, training methods, and communication.
Hector has further honed his skills by attending the NePoPo® Silver School and NePoPo® Gold School, earning both an E-Collar Certification and the prestigious NePoPo® Gold Student Certification. These certifications represent his expertise in balanced training techniques that create clear, fair, and effective communication between dogs and their owners.
As the Assistant Director and a Training Decoy for High Country Working Dogs, the most accomplished PSA (Protection Sports Association) club in Colorado, Hector specializes in drive building, confidence development, and obedience under distraction. Additionally, as a certified PSA decoy, he has extensive experience in working with high-drive dogs, but his true passion lies in helping everyday pet owners achieve off-leash reliability, better manners, and a stress-free life with their dogs.
Hector’s training approach is rooted in clarity, motivation, and real-world application, ensuring that dogs not only understand commands but also enjoy learning. Whether working with family pets or high-level sport dogs, Hector’s goal is always the same: to empower owners and their dogs to build trust, freedom, and a happy partnership.
